Returns/Exchanges/Out of Stock Terms

1) Customers will receive an email notification from Dress2Impress when their order is processed, tracking issued, product out of stock, replacements updated, product refunded and all updates.

2) Your product will be shipped from our facilities in Canada if in-stock. If your order is out of stock from our national facilities, then it will be shipped from our manufacturers overseas.

3) If your order is out of stock, you must immediately contact us within 2-4 business days to send us a replacement for your order. You can either send us an email to clientcare@Dress2Impress.com, or contact our customer care line to provide us the replacement so we can continue to process and ship your order accordingly as scheduled. If there is no response from you within 5 business days your product amount will be refunded to your account. Service charges may apply ($25.00).

4) All items are subject to availability. In some (rare) instances, items may be out of stock right after an order has been placed. Special discounts and offers are available on a first come first serve basis due to limited available quantity.

5) Acceptable reasons for an Exchange or Refund: factory defect on the product, wrong shoe color/size was sent, any mistake made on the part of Dress2Impress. Exchanges to any products are available in only unworn condition. Clients must provide valid pictures of the apparel you received if you are planning on exchanging them.

4) Unacceptable reasons for an Exchange or Refund: colors of the products are darker/lighter than in pictures provided, products had minor color differences from the picture provided, products do not fit and wrong size ordered (error made on your behalf), “I would rather have a different product”.

5) Clients are required to email us within 3 days of receiving their products if they need to make an exchange or a refund.

6) If you have any order conflicts or dispute you must contact us within (3) three business days to consult us. We will do our best to accommodate your expectations. We strive to provide the highest quality service and we will do everything we can to correct any situation made in error. You agree to not contact any third-party without consulting us when ordering from us.

2) All clothing apparel come pre-shrunk; ex. Size XXL is equivalent to size XL. Please order accordingly.

3) All Air Forces Ones and Ape Bapesta run half size smaller. (ex. Size 10.5 is equivalent to size 10). Please order accordingly
